White Pizza recipe

Pizza Dough 1
Olive Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic (minced) 3 cloves
Mozzarella Cheese (shredded) 2 cups
Italian Seasoning 1- 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ingredients for Dough:
Flour 1 -1/2 cups
Whole Wheat Flour 1- 1/2 cups
Caster Sugar 2 tsp
Yeast 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1- 1/2 tsp
Using your hands, gently stretch the dough in the pizza pan. Leaving a 1-inch border from the edge, brush olive oil and minced garlic all over the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese all over top then the Italian seasoning and salt. Bake for 12-13 minutes at 200 degrees C or until cheese is bubbling and the crust has browned around the edges. Let cool for about 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving
To make the dough, combine the flour, sugar, and yeast in the bowl of a food processor. With the machine running, add water through the feed tube and process until the dough is combined everything is incorporated, about 10 seconds. Let dough rest for 10 minutes. Add the salt and oil and process until the dough forms a smooth ball that doesn’t stick to the sides of the bowl anymore. Remove the dough from the bowl and knead for 1 minute on a lightly floured work surface then transfer it to a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise.
