Spicy Saucy Wings recipe

Chicken Wings 1 kg
Flour 1 cup
Sour Cream 2 cups
Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
Fish Sauce 3 tbsp
Red Chillies Paste 1/4 cup
Soya Sauce 3 tbsp
Lemon Juice 3 tbsp
Salt a pinch
Freshly Black Pepper (crushed) a pinch
Spring onions for garnish
Oil to fry
Coat the wings with flour and set aside. In hot oil, deep fry the wings till done. Set aside. In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, oyster sauce, fish sauce, red chilli paste, soya sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Once the wings are done, toss the hot wings in the sauce mixture. Top with spring onions and serve immediately.
