Spicy Fried Chicken recipe

Whole Chicken 1
Green Chillies 4
Ginger 1 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Coriander Powder ¼ tsp
Cumin Powder ¼ tsp
Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
Crushed Red Chillies ½ tsp
Lemon 1
Stone to place on chicken
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Onion 1 medium
Oil as required

1. Cut chicken from between till the neck and take a strip out to make it flat.
2. In a pestle add green chillies, ginger, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and lemon. Bash it to make a paste.
3. Apply the paste onto the chicken and let it marinate for sometime.
In a flat wok add oil and sauté garlic ginger paste for 30 seconds, then add onion and place the chicken on top of it. Place the stone on the chicken and let chicken fry on medium heat for 5 minutes each side.
