Shawarma Recipe

Pita Breads 4
Hummus 6 tbsp
Chicken Boneless 500 g
Red Chillies ½ tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Cucumber in Vinegar ½
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp

1. Cut chicken into small pieces and add chilli, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice and yougurt, marinate for 15 minutes or longer.
2. In a pan add the ginger garlic paste and oil and sauté for 30 seconds
3. Add the chicken and sauté for 10 minutes.
4. Add salt to taste
5. Take pita bread and cut into halves and open from in-between. Add hummus and add the chicken
6. Add pickled onions and serve
