Mushroom Masala Qeema

Mushrooms 1 can
Beef Mince ½ kg
Garlic (crushed) 4-5 cloves
Onions (chopped) 2
Black Peppercorn 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Black Cardamoms 3-4
Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
Cloves 4-5
Bay Leaf 2-3
Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
Green Chilies 5-6
Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
Ginger (finely sliced) 1 inch piece
Oil 4-5 tbsp
Salt to taste


Heat oil in a pan , add black pepper, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaf.. fry till the spices starts popping
Now add onion and garlic, fry.
When onions turn brown add mince, now add red pepper and cook well.
When mince is tender add coriander leaves and green chilies. Leave it to simmer.
Dish out the mince and serve with parathas
