Handi Prawn ginger karhai


Prawn medium size 1/2 kg
Kasoori methi 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Sliced ginger 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Crushed red chilies 2 tsp
Salt o taste
Tomatoes chopped 3
Green chilies 3 sliced
Tomato paste 2 tbsp


Heat oil add g garlic with tomatoes and all the seasonings tomatoes tender add prawns lastly add ginger and Kasoori methi garnish with coriander leaves
Serve in karhai.
