Dragon’s Beef Breath Chili

Dragon’s Breath Chili

Beef Mince 300 g
Garlic (finely chopped) 1 tsp
Onion (finely chopped) 1
Kidney Beans (boiled) 300 g
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Red Chili Paste 2 tbsp
Chili Garlic Sauce ½ cup
Tomato Puree 1 cup
Spring Onions 2-3 sticks
Whole Red Chilies 6-7
Capsicum (sliced) 1
Green Chilies (sliced) 4-5
Stock as required
Oil as required
Salt to taste
White Pepper as required

Heat oil in pan add red chilies, capsicum and green chilies fry well
Then add garlic and onion in it and fry well
Add mince and stir fry on high flame
Add white chili, salt, tomato puree, black peppercorn, red chili paste, and chili garlic sauce in it, mix well.
Then add stock and mix well
Now add boil red purslane seed and cook till purslane seed and beef are tender.
In the end add green onion and mix well
Dish out and serve it
