Achari Aalu Channay recipe


Ingredients:
Chick Peas (boiled) 1 cup
Potato (cubes) 1 large
Onion 1
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Onion Seeds ½ tsp
Fenugreek Seeds ¼ tsp
Fennel Seeds 1 tbsp
Crushed Red Chilies 2 tsp
Soup Stock 20 gm
Oil 1 /4 cup
Green Chilies 2-3

Heat oil fry onion till light brown
Add gin/gar along with all seasoning
Add potato stir 2 min then add ½ cup of water
Cover and cook.
When potato is, tender add yogurt
Cook 2 min
Then add boiled channay and soup stock
Lastly add green chili, ginger juliennes and fresh coriander.
