Zafarani Halwa

Semolina 250 gms
Green Cardamoms 3-4
Saffron a pinch
Yellow Food Color 1/3 tsp
Sugar as required
Clarified Butter 1 cup
Almonds & Pistachios as required
Screw Pine Essence few drops
Silver Leaf as required

Cook semolina in a pot, add cardamoms, clarified Butter and sugar in it, Mix well.
Now add almonds and Pistachios, mix well and keep stirring. Cook well
Add saffron and screw pine essence, mix all well
When clarified Butter starts appearing on top, dish it out. Garnish it with silver leaf and serve
