1 Whole Chicken 1 to 1.25 kg
8 to 10 Green chili (chopped)
½ cup Green coriander
2 tbsp Garlic ginger (chopped )
2 tbsp Red chili crushed
1 tsp Cumin crushed
250 gm Yogurt (strained)
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 cup Oil
Salt to taste
Green coriander for garnish

First cut the chicken from the center but it should be remain in 1 piece. Now mix all masala with yogurt and paste it on the chicken. Now heat up the oil into the tawa. Now cook chicken on tawa and covered it. When chicken thaw and water dried fry it well and dish it out.
