Stuffed Cheese Burger with Pickled Slaw Ingredients:
Chicken Mince 500 g
Finely Chopped Onion 1
Finely Chopped Garlic 2-3 cloves
Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Crushed Red Chili 1 tsp
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Cheddar Cheese (Shredded) 1 cup
Oil for fry
Burger Buns 4
Pickled Slaw Ingredients:
Cabbage Shredded 2-3 cup
Vinegar 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Salt 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Method:
In a pan add vinegar, water, salt, sugar and mustard bring to boil.
Add cabbage remove from heat cover and simmer for 1 to 2 hour.
In a bowl add chicken mince, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, crushed red chili and Worcestershire sauce, mix well.
Fill cheddar cheese in center of patties.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil fry patties from both sides.
Roast inner side of burger buns and add pickle slaw on bottom piece.
Add chicken patty over the top and cover with bun another piece.
Serve with potato wedges and chili jam.
