Rice 1 cup
Water as required
Garlic 2 cloves
Oil 4 tbsp
Spinach 1 cup
Cream ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
1. In a pot add rice and boil for 8 minutes.
2. Put a strainer on top and add spinach and steam for two minutes to make it soft.
3. In a pan add oil and sauté the garlic for 1 min
4. Add the rice and mix followed by spinach and cream.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook for a minute.
