Semolina 2 cups
Flour 1 tbsp
Onion (finely chopped) 1
Green Chili (finely chopped) 1
Fresh Coriander (chopped) 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method
1.In a bowl mix all the ingredients together with enough water to make a batter .let it stand for an hour
(sending the exact recipe but of course will make at that time only ,and explain live )
2. T semolina will increase in volume as it absorbs water .the batter will become thicker then before, a little more water will be required ,so that it can turn into a spreadable consistency.
3.Heat a fry pan and brush with 1 tsp oil on the surface.Pour a ladle full of batter .spread around to make a crepe.put 1/2 tsp oil all around the crepe .cook on both sides till golden brown .
