QULFI Recipe in Urdu and English

Fresh Milk 1 liter
Khoya 250 gm
Vermicelli 1 cupor 250 gms
Small Cardamom 4
Chopped Pistachio and almonds ½ cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Rice Flour 3 tbsp
Fauji kheer mix onepacket

Boil the vermicelli and blend after it cools downs. Then make a powder of cardamom and sugar. Then boli milk sugar, and small cardamom in a pan. When it thickens add boiled and blended vermicelli and kheer mix and keep on stirring. Mix rice flour in some milk and mix in the mixture in pan. When it gets thicker then remove from stove and let it cool. Add khoya and chopped almonds and pistachios and mix well. Pour the mixture in qulfi cups and freeze. Serve chilled .
