Mix Vegetables 1 can
Samosa Strips 15-20
Onions (finely chopped) 2
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
Green Chilies 3-4
Oil for frying
Wash and soak lentils overnight. Sieve out the water .
Now add lentils with all spices in a pan. Cook well
Add water and cook till water dries off.
Add this lentil mixture on samosa stripes and fold in the shape of samosas
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry samosa.
Serve samosa with salad leaves, onions and chutney
