Mince Pasta Sauce recipe

Beef mince ½ kg
Tomato paste ½ cup
Tomato puree ½ cup
Garlic, minced 5-6 cloves
Caster sugar 2 tbsp
Dried oregano a pinch
Onion powder a pinch
Garlic powder a pinch
Basil, chopped Handful
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Pasta boiled to serve

In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic until soft. Add in the beef mince and brown it until the meat has been thoroughly cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in the tomato paste, tomato puree, water, seasoning and basil. Stir to mix well. Let mixture simmer, uncovered, and stirring occasionally. Serve hot over boiled pasta
