Matka Gosht Recipe

Mutton ½ kg
Coriander leaves, chopped 1 bunch
Oil 1 cup
Fried onion 2
Lemon 4
Tomatoes 6
Green chilies, chopped 6
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Black pepper, crushed 1 tsp
Red pepper, crushed 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chili powder ½ tbsp
Roasted & crushed cumin ½ tbsp
Ginger, chopped 2 tbsp
Clarified Butter 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

• In clay cooking pot together ½ kg mutton, 2 chopped onion, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp turmeric and salt to taste. Cook till water dries.
• Now add 6 chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, ½ tbsp chili powder and 1 tsp all spice, cook over low flame till water of tomatoes dries.
• Add 1 cup oil, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and ½ tbsp roasted crushed cumin. Fry well.
• Then add 2 tbsp chopped ginger, juice of 4 lemons, 1 bunch of chopped coriander leaves, 6 chopped green chilies and 2 tbsp ghee. Simmer till done.
• Lastly serve with Naan.
