Masala Tea Spice Mix

Green Cardamoms 4
Dry Ginger 1 tsp
Cinnamon 2 inch stick
Whole Black Pepper 1 tsp
Nutmeg Powder 1 tsp
Cloves 1 tsp
Dried Basil Leaves 2 tbsp
Grind the dried ginger, green cardamoms, cinnamon and black pepper. Now add the remaining spices and make a smooth powder of it. Store it in a container at room temperature, it can be used for many months. Use it in your regular tea.
