Mango Rice


Ingredients:
Rice 2 cup
Mango (cubed) 2
Chicken( cubed) 2
Onion (ground) 1
Red Chilies (crushed) 1 tsp
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Tomatoes (chopped) 2
Black Peppercorn 1 tsp
Curry Powder 1 tbsp
Ginger (chopped) 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Brown Sugar 1 tsp
Oil as require
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves garnish

Method:
Boil water and salt in pan
When water boiled add rice and boil it.
Now sieve the rice, dry out the water and set aside.
Heat oil in pan and fry the onion.
Fry garlic and ginger in it.
Now add tomatoes, chicken cube, black peppercorn, crushed red chili, curry powder, brown sugar and lemon juice, cook till it becomes thick then remove it.
In pan add rice and pre ready batter in it and place mango cube on the top.mix gently with the help of hand.
Let it simmer for 10 min
In the end dish out and garnish with coriander leaves.
