Mango aam ki Kheer
Mango ½ kg
Milk 1000 ml
Rice ½ cup
Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
Clarified Butter 2 tbsp
Sugar as require
Dry Fruit\ Mango Slice for garnish
Heat milk in pan
Add sugar in it. When sugar is dissolve add rice gradually and stir continuously.
When kheer becomes thick add mango pulp
Now add cardamom powder and mix well.
In another pan heat oil clarified butter and add clove in it.
Add kheer in it and mix well.
Now dish out kheer and garnish with mango slice and dry fruit.
