Mango Chicken Curry


Ingredients:
Mango Cubes 2
Chicken Leg piece ½ kg
Finely Cut Onion 1
Ginger Paste ½ tbsp
Garlic Paste ½ tbsp
Curry Powder 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder ½ tsp
Black Peppercorn ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Raisins 1/3 cup
Cream ½ cup
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander for garnish

Method:
For Leg Piece
First slit on chicken leg piece
Add garlic paste, salt, red chili and vinegar in it and left for marinate
Fry leg piece both side in fry pan.
Leg piece are ready.
Heat oil in pan adds onion and ginger in it and fry well
Add curry powder, black peppercorn and cumin powder in it and cook.
Then add vinegar, water and mango cubes in it cook till it boils.
After boil add all ingredients in blender and blend well, again put in pan.
Now add pre ready chicken leg piece and raisin, cook it for 8 to 10 min
Then add mango cubes and cream, cook it on low flame
Dish out and garnish with coriander.
