Ingredients:
Beef ½ kg
Tikka Boti Masala 2 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Lemons 2
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Raw papaya Paste 2 tbsp
All spice Powder 1 tsp
Chopped Green chilies 4
Salt to taste
Fresh Cream 1 packet
Yogurt 1 cup
Clarified Butter/oil as required
Method:
Hammer the beef pieces. In a bowl, add in beef along with Tikka Masala, 1 tbsp Ginger Powder, 1 tbsp Red chili, 2 tbsp raw papaya paste, 1 tsp All spice powder, 4 chopped Green chilies, salt and 1 cup yogurt.. Marinate it for ½ an hour. Now add the meat in the frying pan and cook till the meat tenders on a slow flame. When the water dries, add in oil, 1 packet fresh cream and lemon juice. Cook it on a low flame. Serve hot.
