Liver Masala


Ing :
Chicken liver ½ kg
Onion, chopped 1
Tomato 1
Green chilies 2
Vinegar 1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Pepper powder 2tsp
Coconut milk ½ cup
Salt to taste
Oil 1tbsp
Curry leaves 1 string
Coriander leaves few

Method :

Cut the liver into small cubes and soak with vinegar and ¼ tsp turmeric for 20 minutes. Heat oil sauté onions until golden. Add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and green chilly, sauté. Add chilli powder, pepper and the liver pieces. Mix well and add ¼ cup water and salt. Cook covered. Add the cubed tomatoes and coconut milk. Garnish with coriander leaves
