KHOYE AND PISTAY KI KHEER Recipe Urdu and English


KHOYE AND PISTAY KI KHEER Recipe Urdu and English by Chef Zubaida Tariq – Handi masala tv

Ingredients:
Fresh Milk 1 liter
Fresh Khoya 250 gm
Condensed milk 1 tin
Sugar 2 cups
Small cardamom 8
Pistachio 15
Almonds 15
Sugar 1 tsp
Rice flour 4 tbsp
Method:
grind together sugar and small cardamom. boil and chop together boiled almonds and pistachio. take 1 liter oil in the pan, add sugar, cardamom and cook it. then add in semolina, khoya and rice flour. when the kheer thickens remove it from the stove and cool it. add in condensed milk, almonds, pistachio and serve.
