Gram and Rice Flour Pakora


Ingredients:
Gram Flour 250 gms
Rice Flour 250 gms
Green Chilies (finely chopped) 5-6
Coriander (finely chopped) ½ bunch
Spring Onions (chopped) 2-3 sticks
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Onion (sliced) 2-3
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Soda Bi Carb 1/3 tsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
For Garnishing:
Salad Leaves 2-3
Tomatoes 2-3

Method:
Add Onion, green chilies, spring onions, coriander leaves, salt, cumin, garlic Paste, turmeric Powder and baking soda all together in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Now add rice flour and gram flour with water in this mixture.
Deep Fry pakoras with the batter on medium flame
Lastly garnish it with salad leaves and tomatoes and serve
