Fish ½ kg
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Green chilli (finely cut) 1tbsp
Green coriander 2tbsp
Potato (boil) 2
Bread crumb 1 cup
Chinese salt ½ tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Oil for fry
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Ginger, garlic 2 tsp
• In fish add black pepper, salt, ginger, garlic boil with soya sauce then dry all water.
• Then add all ingredients mix well and make kabab.
• Now dip in eggs then apply bread crumbs then fry in oil.
