Energy Bites recipe

Oats 1 cup
Chopped Walnuts 2/3 cup
Dates (pitted) 28 oz
Peanut Butter 1/3 cup
Sesame Seeds 3 tbsp
Grind the oats until very finely ground. Add the walnuts, dates, peanut butter, and sesame seeds to the bowl then process until everything is chopped up finely. You’ll know when it’s done when you can grab a handful, squeeze it, and it holds its shape and stays together.
Scoop out 1 1/2 tablespoons and roll into balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
