Double Fried French Fries



Ingredients
Potatoes (boiled) ½ kg
Corn Flour as required
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method:
Peel potatoes and cut into long slices
Now heat water in a pot and boil potatoes for 5 to 6 minutes
Then sieve the potatoes and coat with corn flour
After that heat oil in a pan, add potato slices and fry till golden in color
Drain potatoes on absorbent paper
Sprinkle with black pepper and salt
