Dawat Aalu Chanay ki Tarkari

Kabuli Chickpeas (billed) 250 gms
Potatoes (boiled) 250 gms
Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1
Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Nigella Seeds ½ tsp
Tamarind Pulp ½ cup
Cumin (crushed) 1 tbsp
Coriander (finely chopped) 3-4 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Salt to taste

Heat oil in a an and fry onions, add garlic paste and mix well,
Now add cubed boiled potatoes and chickpeas in the pan
Add all the spices with water and cook until potatoes and chickpeas are tender.
Lastly add nigella seeds. Leave the gravy and dish out. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve
