Milk 1 kg
Khoya ½ kg
Semolina ½ cup
Desiccated Coconut 2 cups
Sugar 250 gms
Green Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
Green Color a pinch
Screw Pine Essence few drops
Cook semolina in a pan.
Cook milk with ground cardamom and sugar in another pan.
Now mix green color with water and add it to the milk mixture.
Now add khoya and stir continuously, then add desiccated coconut and keep stirring.
Now add semolina and wait for it to cool.
Now pour the mixture in a bowl , garnish it with desiccated coconut, cut it in squares and serve
