Chicken Tikka Kabab Ingredients:
Chicken Boneless 500 g
Hung Curd 1 cup
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chopped Garlic 2 tsp
Chopped Ginger 1 tsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
For Garnish:
Lemon 2
Mint few leaves
Method:
Make hole in chicken cubes with the help of fork.
In a bowl add Hung Yogurt, lemon juice, salt, red chili powder, garlic, ginger, tara gram Masala and oil mix well.
After that, apply mixture on chicken wings and leave for 2 to 3 hour.
Pierce wings on skewers roast on charcoal or cook in fry pan.
Serve with lemon juice, onion and mint leaves.
