Chicken Piyaz Pakora

Chicken Breast 300 gram
Onions 3
Gram Flour 300gram
Ginger Paste 1 tsp
Soda bicarb ½ tsp
Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder ½ tsp
Cumin seed Powder 1tsp
Coriander (finely chopped) ½ bunch
Green Chilies (finely chopped) 4-5
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
For Garnishing:
Chili Garlic Sauce ½ cup
Chaat Masala as required

• Chop Chicken bread and onions into fine slices.
• In a mixing bowl add chicken, onion, garlic paste, soda bi carb, carom, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala , cumin, coriander leaves and green chilies.
• Now add gram flour and water in the bowl and make pakora batter
• Fry pakoras on medium flame and serve
