Grate 1 packet of cottage cheese, add in 10-12 chopped almonds, 3 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, salt and 8 boneless chicken pieces and chopped mint leaves. Fill in the mixture in the samosa wraps and close the. Seal them with egg white. Deep fry them in hot oil till they are golden brown. Serve hot.
