Brownies


Ingredients
Butter for greasing
Flour for dusting
Eggs 4
Sugar 1 cup
Brown Sugar 1 cup
Melted Butter 8 ounces
Cocoa Powder 1 -1/4 cups
Vanilla Essence 2 tsp
Flour 1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Method:
Beat the eggs at until fluffy and light.
Add both sugars. Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured 8-inch square pan and bake for 45 minutes.
Check with a toothpick inserted into the center of the pan. It should come out clean.
But with a few moist crumbs attach. When it done remove to a rack to cool.
