Aalu Qeema Kabab recipe

Potatoes (boiled) ½ kg
Beef Mice 250 grams
Onion 1
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Black Pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
Green Chilies (finely chopped) 2-3
Garam Masala Powder ½ tsp
Coriander Powder ½ tsp
Eggs 1-2
Bread Crumbs 1 cup
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Salad Leaves for garnishing

Add potatoes, salt , cumin and coriander together in a mixing bowl and mash together.
Fry onions in a pan, add ginger garlic paste , then add mince and cook.
Now add black pepper, red pepper, green chilies and garam masala , stir and cook well. Add water as well.
When water dries off, remove it from stove and leave it to cool.
Now fill this mince in between potato mixture and form kabab.
Dip each kabab in beaten eggs andcoat it with bread crumbs.
Shallow fry kababs and garnish with salad leaves. Serve hot
